Mammographers required Wrexham

We are currently seeking an experienced Band 6 Mammographer for an excellent locum opportunity based in Wrexham.

Role Details

• Location: Wrexham
• Band: 6
• Start Date: ASAP
• Contract Length: 3-6 months
• Working Pattern: 4 days per week
• Payment Method: Direct Engagement
• Rate: £26-£27 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Dedicated mammography role with no rotation into General X-Ray
• Performing high-quality mammographic examinations
• Undertaking stereotactic procedures
• Assisting clinicians during ultrasound procedures
• Working in line with Band 6 responsibilities and departmental standards

Requirements

• HCPC Registered Radiographer
• Previous NHS Mammography experience
• Competent in stereotactic procedures and breast imaging techniques
• Ability to start at short notice is desirable
